By shopping with Symmetry Lab Parfums OPC, whether online or in-store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully, as this outlines your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our brand.
General
Symmetry Lab Parfums OPC is a homegrown fragrance house based in the Philippines. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, social media pages, and retail locations. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this transaction. You also confirm that all information provided including billing address, shipping address, and payment details is accurate and complete.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Payments can be made via credit or debit cards and QRPh, securely processed through HitPay, our trusted payment gateway. Symmetry Lab Parfums OPC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions or stock unavailability.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
- Standard Delivery: Processing time is 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna through Lalamove, with daily cut-off times of 6:00 PM for Metro Manila and Rizal, and 4:00 PM for Cavite and Laguna. Orders placed beyond these times or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.
- Free Shipping: Applies to orders worth ₱3,000 and above anywhere in the Philippines. Orders below this amount will follow standard delivery rates calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners, Ninja Van, GoGo Xpress, and Lalamove, following our standard delivery process and timelines. Customers will receive a tracking email once the order is shipped.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact cs@symmetrylabparfums.com within three (3) days to arrange reshipping. All reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
For lost packages, please contact us with your full name, order number, and contact details. We will coordinate with our courier partners and investigate within 3–5 business days. If the package cannot be located, you may choose between a refund or a reshipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted for damaged items only and must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing cs@symmetrylabparfums.com. Include your name, order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced after verification.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to change of preference or “change of heart” are not accepted.
Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, scent notes, and imagery of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, packaging, or scent impressions will appear exactly as shown on your screen. Fragrance perception varies from person to person.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Symmetry Lab Parfums OPC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials including logos, product names, photos, videos, copywriting, and designs is the exclusive intellectual property of Symmetry Lab Parfums OPC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Symmetry Lab Parfums OPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. While we ensure product quality, allergic reactions or skin sensitivities are beyond our control and remain the customer’s responsibility. We recommend patch-testing before full use if you are uncertain.
Privacy and Data
We value your privacy. Personal data collected including your name, address, contact number, and email is used solely for order fulfillment and marketing purposes (if you opt in). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required by law. All payment information is encrypted and securely processed through HitPay.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the appropriate courts within the Philippines.
