Shipping policy
Order Processing – Standard Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Order Processing – Same-Day Delivery
For same-day delivery within Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna, orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time:
- 6:00 PM for Metro Manila and Rizal
- 4:00 PM for Cavite and Laguna
Orders placed after the cut-off or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery within the Philippines usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make two (2) delivery attempts.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid failed deliveries. If an order cannot be delivered after the maximum attempts or due to incorrect details, it will be returned to us. Reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Shipping Options
- Ninja Van and GoGo Xpress – Standard nationwide delivery
- Lalamove – Same-day delivery within Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna
For customers in the Greater Manila Area (GMA), select Lalamove at checkout, and our team will contact you directly to arrange the best delivery rate for your location.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delays and External Factors
While we do our best to ship promptly, delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- High-demand or holiday seasons
Although these are beyond our control, our team will gladly assist in tracking and resolving any issues whenever possible.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost, please email cs@symmetrylabparfums.com with your name, order number, and contact details. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners and investigate within 3–5 business days. If the package cannot be located, you may choose between a refund or reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for full instructions on how to file a replacement or return request.
