Standard delivery within the Philippines typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location. Orders within Metro Manila usually arrive in 2–3 days, while deliveries to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao may take a few days longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Yes. We offer free nationwide shipping for orders worth ₱1,445 and above anywhere in the Philippines. Orders below this amount will follow standard delivery rates calculated at checkout.

Regardless of shipping type, all orders follow our standard delivery process and timelines to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners, Ninja Van and GoGo Xpress.

Yes. Symmetry Lab Parfums offers same-day delivery within Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna through Lalamove. At checkout, simply select Lalamove as your delivery method to enjoy quick and convenient delivery. Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify, 6:00 PM for Metro Manila and Rizal, and 4:00 PM for Cavite and Laguna. Orders placed after the cut-off or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Customers with orders worth ₱5,000 and above qualify for free same-day delivery. Applicable for Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal only.
