Refund policy

We take great care in ensuring that every Symmetry Lab Parfums order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly assist with a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for damaged items only and must be reported within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. To file a request, please email cs@symmetrylabparfums.com with your name, order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your concern and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons of preference or change of heart.

We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet these conditions.
